Yay! So my hair is cut!
I went to PReMA in Bondi Junction. I was recommended by a friend who works there at reception, so she booked me in and everything :)
I hadn't been to Bondi Junction Westfield for a long time, but I definitely remembered the storefront of PReMA. It's got a really interesting, almost elemental feel and vibe to it, which I guess suits them perfectly as an Aveda hair salon. I recently switched to Aveda Black Malva conditioner and I am amazed by how much shinier it makes my hair, so finding out that it was an Aveda salon was an added bonus :)

After saying hi to my friend at reception I was ushered in, they took my coat and gave me a lovely little black wrap to put on, and showed me to a seat where they asked if I'd like a drink. I don't drink coffee so I opted for a glass of water.
I was then introduced to my new hairdresser, Steph, a lovely girl from London.
I then had "The PReMA Ritual", which consisted of a quick scalp & shoulder massage using essential oils, and then my hair was washed with Aveda shampoo and conditioner.

Steph and I then discussed what I wanted from my hair cut. It took nearly 2 years for me to grow my hair back to this length with only about 2 or 3 trims in between after my bob, so I wanted to keep as much length as possible while also getting rid of my dry, split-end tips.
We settled on an inch and a half off the ends, and long layers through the back and front, with some shorter bits around my face. I'm very low maintenance when it comes to my hair, I never blowdry or straighten it, so we opted against a fringe because I knew I wouldn't be bothered to style it every day.
Anyway, I forgot to take a "before" picture, so here's one from a night out:

Notice it was pretty much all the same length, quite ratty & all over the place.
And here's me after!!

Much better :) It's not hugely different, but it does look a lot healthier. I find my hair doesn't look as flat up the top and bulky down the bottom, and it's a more flattering shape and compliments my face better.
I actualy got a LOT of people at work today asking if my hair was LONGER. I think it's because she blow dried it straight so maybe it looked longer than usual?? Either way, I wasn't complaining :)
So, success all round! I'll definately be going back for another haircut in the future, and possibly even for some colour :)
